product updates: february 2026
a quiet week of polish and power. we shipped a new theme option, refined the brand voice, upgraded the performance lab, and improved how we discover new tokens. here's what changed.
---
theme toggle: rose and baby blue
the default parasol accent is rose — soft pink on purple-black. it's distinctive. it's also the only option we've ever offered.
now you can switch to baby blue. a small toggle lives in the bottom-right corner of every page. click it to flip between rose and sky blue. your choice persists across sessions. no account required. no settings page. just a dot you can tap when you want a different view.
both themes use the same layout and typography. only the accent color changes. sometimes a little variety is enough.

new tagline: it sees what you can't
we replaced the old hero line with something shorter and more on-brand.
before: "an autonomous AI trading engine that scans, filters, and protects — so you don't have to."
after: "it sees what you can't."
the old line was accurate but generic. the new one is calmer. it doesn't explain what parasol does; it suggests what parasol is. a parasol shades you. it sees what you can't. the rest follows.

performance lab: scan source selector and higher caps
the performance lab runs multiple trading modes in parallel on shared scan data. two changes landed this week.
scan source selector
you can now choose how the lab scans:
the selector lives in the lab status bar. your choice is saved. use it to isolate pumpportal performance or run the full multi-source scan.
increased position caps
we raised the max concurrent positions for several modes so they can open more trades when opportunities are abundant:
| mode | before | after |
|---|---|---|
| whale watch | 15 | 25 |
| ghost | 12 | 25 |
| owl | 8 | 20 |
| contrarian | 5 | 20 |
quality filters are unchanged. we didn't lower the bar — we raised the ceiling.

scan improvements: newer tokens, more sources
the scanner is how parasol finds tokens before they're obvious. three upgrades went live.
dexscreener: newest first for micro-cap modes
for modes that target micro-caps (viper, sniper, degen hunter, animal), we now sort dexscreener results by newest first instead of volume. established tokens with high volume aren't what these modes want. they want fresh launches. the sort order now matches the intent.
we also increased the dexscreener fetch from 100 to 500 pairs for these modes. more surface area. more chances to catch early movers.
birdeye: more new listings
the birdeye new-listings feed was capped at 20 tokens. we raised it to 50. same logic: more coverage, especially for modes that hunt new launches.
pumpfun rest support
pumpportal already monitored pump.fun. we've added support for the pump.fun REST API as an optional data source. configure MORALIS_API_KEY and PUMPFUN_REST_URL in your environment if you want it. the scanner can now pull from both websocket and REST when available.

what's next
we're not done. the wolong mode and whale wake strategy are live and being tested. the manipulation filters are unchanged. the pipeline is the same. we're just giving it more to work with and more ways to show it.
if you're running the lab, try the pumpportal-only mode and compare. if you're browsing, flip the theme and see how it feels. small changes. steady progress.
