by accessing or using parasol ("the service") at parasol.so, you agree to be bound by these terms of service. if you do not agree to these terms, do not use the service. parasol is operated by parasol ("we", "us", "our").

2. description of service

parasol is an autonomous ai trading engine for solana memecoins. the service provides token scanning, manipulation filtering, trade scoring, paper trading, and risk management tools. parasol also offers free trading calculators including position sizing, funding rate, and liquidation price calculators.

3. not financial advice

the service is provided for informational and educational purposes only. nothing on parasol.so constitutes financial advice, investment advice, trading advice, or any other sort of advice. you should not treat any of the content as such. parasol does not recommend that any cryptocurrency should be bought, sold, or held by you. conduct your own due diligence and consult your financial advisor before making any investment decisions.

4. risk disclosure

cryptocurrency trading involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for every investor. the valuation of cryptocurrencies may fluctuate, and you may lose some or all of your investment. past performance is not indicative of future results. paper trading results do not guarantee real trading outcomes.

all content, features, and functionality of the service — including but not limited to the trading engine, algorithms, design, text, and graphics — are owned by parasol and are protected by intellectual property laws.

9. limitation of liability

to the fullest extent permitted by law, parasol shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the service.

10. disclaimer of warranties

the service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. we do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

11. modifications

we reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. your continued use of the service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
